Cap Violations and Roster Limit Violations
Penalties will be assessed if Cap or Roster Limit Violations occur. Warnings will be given and each owner will get ample time to deal with any outstanding Cap issues. If the issues are not cleared within the certain time frame. Penalties will occur. Each situation will be different but Owners/GMs will be given a time frame for each individual occurrence.
1st Penalty - Loss of last draft pick
2nd Penalty - Loss of 2nd draft pick
3rd Penalty - Loss of 1st draft pick
4th Penalty - Banned from League
Notes:
All draft picks will be from the next available draft. If no draft pick is available in the upcoming year the penalty will move to the following years draft and will be 2 draft picks instead of 1.
